Katie + Max | wedding

For those of you who have already picked up a copy of Southern Weddings V4, you have already seen a sneak peek of Katie + Max’s wedding. Today, we are SO excited to finally share our favorites from their wedding! We’ve been itching to share this wedding with you for months now, as we adore this couple and the colorful heart-filled wedding they dreamed up. Katie + Max both work at Pixar and have an incredible eye for detail and a unique modern sense of style. Their wedding was a complete reflection of them…from the bright color palette to the munny doll guestbook. This wedding is very dear to us and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Also, a special thanks to Courtney of Merriment Events, who is an amazing planner and stylist, with an impeccable eye for detail. She made the whole wedding come together so beautifully and seamlessly and was such a joy to work with!

You can also view Katie + Max’s wedding today on Southern Weddings Part I and Part II + you can “shop the look” of their wedding on the REVEL blog

I absolutely adored Katie’s bouquet! So bright + cheerful!

Max’s father made all of the boutonnieres out of wood

Max wore a custom suit, fit with a personalized tag

Not only was Max’s suit custom made, but his shoes were too!

(random fact:  Kurt was my hand model for their signature drink:))

some of our favorite cornhole boards, painted by Merriment Events

the munny doll was the perfect fit for this Pixar couple’s guestbook

their cake was inspired by Damien Hirst’s “Albumin, Human, Glycated” dot painting
