I wanted to take the time to wish everyone a blessed Thanksgiving! My photography business has been a huge blessing + I am grateful for so many things…my fabulous clients from 2009, my incredible 2010 clients I can’t wait to work with, + the amazing opportunities that have allowed my business to grow! So, thank you, thank you, thank you to all of my clients + the continuous support from all of you blog readers…it’s been a great year!!

I’m so thrilled to share these photos!! After Kristen’s head shots, we ventured into a 1920s inspired shoot with her and her husband Matt. Kristen and I had talked before trying to gather ideas for this shoot, but once she mentioned a Model A Ford would be involved I was all in. This shoot is exactly why I LOVE my job…I can’t describe it in words, but I love the creativity that photography allows. Enjoy!

Sunday, Kurt + I traveled down to Covington, VA to snap some head shots for Kristen of Kristen Garten Photography. Kristen has assisted me on several weddings and I’ve been mentoring her as she dives into photography. This first part is just Kristen and some fun/professional shots. Saturday Kurt + I had the opportunity of capturing Brooks + Bobby’s gorgeous wedding! The weather was incredible the entire day (especially for Nov.!) and we were blessed with the most amazing lighting during Brooks + Bobby’s portraits right after the ceremony. The entire wedding was held at the beautiful Early Barn in Linville, VA. Enjoy!!
