Sunday, Kurt + I traveled back to Fort Valley for another shoot with Kristin + Dagan . We were so fortunate to work with them again…for the 3rd time!!! Kristin had contacted me a couple weeks ago wanting to trash one of her dresses that she had for her wedding (yes girls, she had two!). I was so excited that I finally had a bride willing!! Of course Kristin + Dagan had the perfect location for any type of shoot…their family’s farm. We started out with both of them, then did some crazy things with Kristin, one of them being the pig sty. We finally ended the shoot in a creek. Enjoy!
Kristin: We had so much fun with you again! Thanks for getting in the water, I know it was freezing!!

Hello all bloggers!! Just wanted to give you a couple of updates concerning Jodi Miller Photography. First, and foremost, I’ve finally redesigned/updated my website !!! It’s been a work in progress for the past couple of weeks, and have finally finished it up! I really hope you enjoy the new layout…I think I’ve finally found something that meshes with my style and is clean & simple. So PLEASE, let me know what you think!! Also, for all of you Facebook users out there, I’ve also created a new fan page for my business. I’ve had a Facebook group for awhile, but realized this hindered my communication with all of my fans & wanted something that I could update much easier. So join if you’d like!!
Finally, I’ve saved the best for last
I want you to meet Kurt (my fiance and soon to be husband!!!). Kurt & I will now be full-time photographers & owners of my business. So from here on out, he will be at every shoot & wedding! Many of you have probably seen him assisting me before, but it wasn’t official then. We are both so excited for next year’s weddings and being able to photograph as a team and offer our clients even more! So, if you want to find out a little bit more about him, go to my website , and read our “about” section. With that said…I wanted to add a couple of images ALL photographed by Kurt, so you know what to expect from him
Thanks everyone for your continuous support & constantly checking in on our photography!

Yesterday, Kurt + I traveled down to Richmond for an AMAZING shoot with Isabel + Jared. They were an absolute dream to work with! We shot all over Richmond starting at the VA Center for Architecture (where their reception will be held!!!), and ending up in Carytown. I loved their style and props they incorporated into their session. Such an adorable couple!!
Enjoy!
Isabel+Jared: You both were incredible to work with and so easy going. We loved getting Thai food with you and sharing our favorite “Office” moments

Last Saturday, I had the opportunity to work with Jessica + Patrick again. Their wedding location was absolutely beautiful…held on a farm overlooking the gorgeous valley! Despite the cold temperatures (I was wearing gloves shooting…), everything turned out beautifully! In addition, I had the opportunity to work with Josh Gooden, an amazing cinematographer, who also uses the 5d mark ii for part of his footage! Check out his highlights video of Jessica + Patrick’s wedding. Enjoy!
Jessica + Patrick: Thank you for the opportunity and for braving the cold weather for pictures!!
