Sunday I took some engagement portraits of Christina and Adam. It’s hard to believe, but Christina and I attended the same elementary school, middle school, & high school AND we used to be in Girl Scouts together way back in the day! I had a great time working with them, as well as snapping a few pictures of their lovable dog, Beans. I can’t wait to photograph their wedding next June! Enjoy pictures of this sweet couple.

In addition to the wedding portraits, I also did a few casual portraits of Erika and Paul. We traveled along the parkway of Yorktown Battlefield ( a beautiful park!) and snapped a few shots along the way. The foliage was absolutely gorgeous! Enjoy!

Erika and Paul…thank you for a wonderful weekend and the opportunity to work with you both! You are such a beautiful example of Christ’s love, as it shines through your relationship. May God continuously bless your marriage. Enjoy all of the pictures
This past weekend I traveled down to Hampton, VA to take some wedding portraits of a dear friend and her husband. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate with us Friday evening, as it was raining and cold outside. So, Saturday we spent all day photographing in the cold, wet, overcast weather. Depsite the bad weather, we had a blast at Yorktown Beach. Erika and Paul were real troopers and were so much fun and easy to work with! A special thanks to Patty for assisting me and lending me her jacket so I wouldn’t freeze! I have so many favorite photos from the weekend, but here are just a few. More will be up soon! Enjoy

This past weekend I had the opportunity of working with three sisters, Brianna, Liza, & Rachel, and their beautiful families. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful Fall day! I had a blast working with everyone, especially some of the cutest, most expressive kids! One of the joys of being a photographer is being able to capture the truest emotions and expressions of those you’re working with and to observe how naturally they interact with one another. Thank you to each family for that opportunity! Enjoy a few snapshots from the day!

I’ve been toying with the idea of using a new logo for my business, however, I’m undecided with what to choose. I’ve included two examples of what I’ve spent countless hours this past week creating in PS and of course my original one as comparison. I’d love your input…so let me know what you think!
